In collaboration with the Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Therapeutics, we longitudinally follow the neurodevelopmental outcomes of all children born in the CHOP Special Delivery Unit with a prenatal diagnosis of a brain malformation or structural difference. Multiple clinical and translational research projects are ongoing.

This database has access to clinical studies, neuroimaging findings, and comprehensive genetic testing to allow us to continue to refine our understanding of outcomes to improve communication with families and provide avenues for novel discovery of the interactions between genetic-environmental modifiers of congenital findings and outcomes.
